Sfogliapizza FrisBì, white or Margherita, is a precooked pizza preparation suitable for round-shaped and and “on a peel” pizza making.
The dough is prepared with genuine ingredients according to the traditional recipe (flour, brewer’s yeast, salt, water and extra virgin olive oil) and it is left to rise for more than 48 hours.
The pizza base is handrolled and cooked on stone, then it is left cooling and eventually packed in ATP for refrigerated storage.
Once the package has been opened, the base is ready to be garnished and cooked in only six minutes. The result is excellent pizza, delightfully flavoured, crispy, tasty and easily digestible, preserving all organoleptic and nutritional properties of each ingredient.
