Frittoking in a brand of GIEFFEGROUP industrie alimentari Srl, an Italian company specialized in the production of breaded and battered rice and vegetables snacks, and also a qualified supplier for restaurant operators and retailers, offering a wide range of high standards genuine, tasty and safe products. High level expertise and attention to the modern gastronomic culture are the key factors of our mission, allowing us to fulfill the needs of a wide and diversified market constantly changing according to customers lifestyle, taste and eating habits. The first workshop was established in the early 90’s, and in just a few years it has been developed into a modern dynamic plant with great productive potential. Our factory is now based in a modern plant in Rome, equipped with technologically advanced machineries, covering an area of 7000 sq. m: 2000 sq. m assigned to offices, production lines, tempe-rature controlled storage areas, and the other 5000 sq. m to logistics and materials handling.
